Listen Community Services is searching for a Director of Development. The Director of Development leads, oversees and manages the organization’s fundraising efforts and works closely with LISTEN’s executive director, senior management team, and board of directors to play a pivotal role in the growth of the organization and its mission and vision. This key leadership position requires the use of strategic and critical thinking and is responsible for developing and executing a fund development plan in coordination with a small team. A hybrid work arrangement is available. Salary range of $80,000-90,000/ year with a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k match and leave time.
