Due to the overwhelming community support, we have limited donation hours. We accept donations at our Lebanon, and Canaan stores Monday-Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9am - 3pm. * Canaan donation center is closed for renovations. We will be opening soon! Can I drop off donations while your stores are closed?

We respectfully request that items be dropped off during our donation hours to ensure the safety of our donors, customers, and employees, and allow for the efficient processing of donated items.

What is the process to drop off donations?

Bins have been located outside our donation center to receive donations. To ensure social distancing, we respectfully request that donors separate items into the bins as labeled. To ensure a quick drop-off experience, please consider sorting items prior to arrival. Bins: (1) Clothing and soft goods, (2) hard goods, (3) breakables We now are accepting furniture being dropped off at our Lebanon donation center during donation center hours. Please call 603-448-4553 to schedule a furniture pick-up.

Can someone help me unload?

Our staff would be happy to help you unload; we ask that you too assist in every way you can to ensure short wait times for other donors. Beginning January 2, 2023, we will not be accepting furniture being dropped off at our donation center. Please call 603-448-4553 to schedule a furniture pick-up, if you would like to donate furniture.

We accept contributions via check. You can make your gift payable to LISTEN Community Services. Our mailing address is 60 Hanover Street, Lebanon, NH 03766.

Sustained Monthly Giving

Join our community of monthly donors bringing vital assistance to our community. When you choose to make your gift on a monthly basis, you provide sustaining support throughout the year to neighbors in need. You can do so through a recurring bill payment from your bank account or through our online donation form.

Donating appreciated securities, including stocks or bonds, is an easy and tax-effective way for you to make a gift.

How to make a gift of stocks and bonds

By electronic transfer - Please contact us for instructions on how you can transfer stock or bonds from your brokerage or investment account to LISTEN.

By certified mail - If you hold securities in certificate form, you will need to mail two envelopes separately to complete your gift. In the first envelope, place the unsigned stock certificate(s). In the other envelope, include a signed stock power for each certificate. You may obtain this power from your broker or bank. Please remember to use certified mail.

IRA Charitable Rollover - If you are 70½ or older, an IRA charitable rollover is a way you can help further our mission. Contact your IRA plan administrator to make a gift from your IRA to us.

Planned Giving

For more information about leaving a gift in your will or designating LISTEN as a beneficiary in another format, please contact our Development Department at (603)448-4553.
